The economy in Slovenia is excelling as one of the highest per capita GDP’s in central Europe[1]. Please pray for the refugees that cross through and stay in Slovenia. Let us also lift up land dispute between Slovenia and Croatia. Finally, Slovenia is a transit and to a lesser extent, a destination country for women, men, and children trafficked for the purposes of forced labor and sexual exploitation[2]. Let’s Pray…

-God, we thank you for the nation of Slovenia and for the leaders who hear your voice. God, we pray for an overflow of your fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control upon your leaders. We pray for the gift of transformational leadership to be developed within these leaders. Help them to lead and train your next generation of leaders. Father, we pray that everyone who identifies with Christ would seek to love you with all their heart, soul, and strength.*

-God, we pray over false ideologies in Slovenia. We ask that your truth would be revealed and received Jesus. Free individuals from the bondage of false mindsets and help them to embrace your grace Jesus. 

-Father, we pray over the refugees staying in and traveling through Slovenia. We pray for safe travels and provision for all their daily needs. We pray that they can find a welcoming community to support them and love them. We pray for all the refugees traveling through the Balkans to know the love of Christ that surpasses all understanding. Help them to receive you as Lord and Savior. 

-God, we thank you for your blessings over the economy and pray for an expansion over the agricultural and industrial sectors.

-We lift up the land dispute between Croatia & Slovenia. Holy Spirit, we ask for your help in guiding the government officials in peaceful solutions with this land dispute. Amen. 

-Yeshua, we pray that you would shut down the human trafficking businesses in Slovenia. We pray for salvation to come to the oppressed and poor that enters and travels through this nation. We pray for healing, restoration, and freedom over those held captive and those transported to various countries. Father, we ask for your angels to be stationed at the borders where victims are transported through this country and we ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration. We pray that the victims would have the opportunity to be reunited with their families or that you would create new communities for them centered in Christ. 

-God, we lift up the borders of Slovenia and ask that no drugs would be entering into this country. Let those who are guilty of producing and transporting these drugs be convicted by the Holy Spirit to repent and find life in you Jesus. We pray for anyone who is consuming illegal drugs in Slovenia to find hope and healing through you Jesus. Amen.
