Slovakia has implemented significant economic reforms since 1998 which have led strong growth in a small, open economy driven mainly by automobile and electronic exports[1]. Pray for an expansion of the labor force and for integrity to rule where corruption is prevalent. Additionally, Slovakia is a source, transit, and destination country for women and girls trafficked for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation[2]. Let’s Pray…

-God, we thank you for Slovakia. We thank you for how the Holy Spirit has helped lead this nation through your willing servants. Jesus, we pray for your Christian leaders to continue to seek you out with all their heart, soul, and strength. We pray for dedication towards studying your word and drawing into intimacy with you God. We pray a blessing over every school in Slovakia, and ask for your Holy Spirit to shine through. Jesus, help your leaders continue to be filled with your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.* 

-God we pray for the students and for your Christian leaders to stand firm and be equipped with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, for their feet to be fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, for their shield of faith, their helmet of salvation, and their sword of the spirit-the word of God. Finally, let these believers pray in the Holy Spirit on all occasions.**   

-God, we lift up the economy in Slovakia. We pray for additional wisdom for the governmental leaders in how they may continue to balance their budget and serve the poor and unemployed communities. We ask for an increase in the qualified labor force and for conviction of the Holy Spirit where there is corruption. Holy Spirit, lead change where it is needed and uplift the righteous. 

-Father, we lift up the victims of human trafficking crimes in Slovakia. God, we pray for angelic protection over each victim and potential victim in this nation, and for those sent abroad. We pray that the fear of the Lord would rest upon these victims, and that your blood Yeshua would shatter their bondage and release freedom. We pray for emotional, mental, and physical healing over the captives, and we also pray for salvation for each captive. We lift up each Roma captive to you and ask for grace, healing, restoration, and salvation over this people group. We ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration.  

-God, we lift up the borders of Slovakia and pray for your angelic protection to keep illegal drugs out of this nation. We pray for repentance on those involved in the production and transportation of these drugs, and we pray for physical/emotional/mental healing upon these drug users. Amen.
