In recent years, Romania’s industrial sector has been leading economic growth through strong exports, alongside excellent agricultural harvests and expanded fiscal policies[1]. In regards to the church, let us continue to press forward the renewal of the Holy Spirit being the life and breath of the church in Romania. One additional prayer focus is on the human trafficking situation in Romania. This nation is a source, transit, and destination country for men, women, and children trafficked for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor[2]. Let’s Pray…

-God, we thank you for the breath of fresh life being poured out on your church through the Holy Spirit. God, may your Spirit continue to press forth your blessing over the Lord’s Army in Romania. May the gifts of the Holy Spirit be received by your people in Romania. Let your gifts of wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miraculous powers, prophecy, distinguishing between spirits, tongues, and the interpretation of tongues fall upon your followers Jesus.* We pray for unity and harmony within your church body, and call for your protection against the enemy’s plan of division. 

-We ask for each Christian to stand firm and be equipped with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, for their feet to be fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, for their shield of faith, their helmet of salvation, and their sword of the spirit-the word of God. Finally, let these believers pray in the Holy Spirit on all occasions.** Help your leaders succeed in all the tasks you assign. 

-Father, we pray a blessing over the economy in Romania. We pray for each economic sector to expand and experience an overflow of blessing as they place their trust in you Yeshua. Father, we lift up the poor to you and ask for the provision of food, water, housing, clothing, and education. Lord Jesus, use your people to meet all of their needs.

-We pray for a renewed vision for missions within the Orthodox Church. Let your words and vision be given to those who listen to your voice Jesus.

-We lift up the victims of human trafficking crimes in Romania. God, we pray for angelic protection over each victim and potential victim in this nation. We pray that the fear of the Lord would rest upon these victims, and that your blood Yeshua would shatter their bondage and release freedom. We pray for emotional, mental, and physical healing over the captives, and we also pray for salvation for each captive. We ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration.  

 -Finally, we pray over the borders of Romania and ask for your protection against drug trafficking. We pray over the hearts of the guilty and ask that they may respond to the freedom you present to them Jesus. We pray for peace, renewal, and freedom for those addicted to drugs, and we pray these things in the name of our Lord Yeshua HaMashiach, Amen.
