Portugal

While the economy in Portugal has been growing in recent years alongside unemployment lowering, many people live in poverty. Portugal is also a destination, transit, and a source country for women, men, and children trafficked for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor[1]. Let’s pray a blessing over the economy and the movement of the Holy Spirit through the church in Portugal.

-Father, we thank you for your Holy Spirit led Christian leaders in Portugal. Help them to be mentors and leaders to the next generation of Christians. We pray for vision and anointing over the calling you have given each leader. Father, we pray that each Christian would develop a personal relationship with you where they seek to love you with all their heart, all their soul, and all their strength.*

-We pray for every ministry in Portugal that is flowing in your lead Holy Spirit. Help them to be to execute your will Holy Spirit. Help them to work in harmony as members of the body of Christ.

-Father, we pray a blessing over your biblical schools in Portugal. We pray for the equipping of transformational leaders in these schools. May their hearts and minds be prepared in community for your service.

-God, we ask for angelic assignments to be placed over each trafficking victim or potential victim in Portugal. Yeshua, we pray for your divine protection over each individual. God, we ask for a release for these victims in Portugal. We pray that you would set free the oppressed in this nation. We press forward in your grace and ask for mental, emotional, and physical healing over the captives through the blood of your son Yeshua. We ask that the captives would hear your word and accept your saving grace Jesus. Help the victims enter into healing and life breathing communities. Holy Spirit, we ask that you would convict the guilty of their sins and lead them to repentance, salvation, and the plans you have for them.

-Father, we lift up the public debt to you. We pray over the various agricultural fields, industries and service sectors. We ask for a blessing over these markets and products as they place their trust in you. We pray for vision and wisdom for your governmental leaders to walk in alignment with you God.

-Finally, we pray over the ports in Portugal, and pray for angelic blockades to keep out the drug traffickers and their products. We pray for conviction from the Holy Spirit over the drug traffickers & producers, and pray for them to turn from their ways. Finally, we pray for drug users to embrace freedom from drugs through Christ. Amen.
