North Macedonia appears to have settled a long dispute with their neighbor Greece over naming rights. Nevertheless, continue to pray for peace and fellowship moving forward with these nations. While the economy in North Macedonia has attracted foreign investments, their unemployment rate is at 22% and their population that lives in poverty is at 21%[1]. One central prayer request is that North Macedonia is a source, transit, and destination country for women and children trafficked for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation[2]. Let’s Pray…

-Father, we thank you for the work of the Holy Spirit in Macedonia, and ask for your fruits to continue to pour out from your leaders. Let love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control fill the government facilities, public health sectors, education facilities, and all other entities in North Macedonia.* 

-Father, we lift up the movement of the Holy Spirit and the reliance of our God in North Macedonia. Jesus, may you continue to pour vision for all your plans in this nation. We pray for the educators in this nation. Jesus, we ask that they would follow your lead and be filled with your wisdom, grace, and mercy. We pray for transformational leaders to rise up and fulfill the plans you have for their lives. God we lift up your house churches and ask for your protection and provision over these communities. Just as your disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit on Pentecost, we pray for this same infilling of the Holy Spirit upon your believers in this evangelical movement. Let your Holy Spirit be poured out from Heaven onto each household, and may your gift of tongues rest upon the souls of each believer.** 

-Father, we lift up the Muslim communities in this nation. We pray for your grace to reside with these people. God, help them to pursue our God! Jesus, we ask that they would accept you as Lord and Savior.

-Holy Spirit, we lift up the health of this nation and ask that you would encourage healthy eating and awesome exercise lifestyles for these people. 

-We lift up the victims of human trafficking crimes in North Macedonia. God, we pray for angelic protection over each victim and potential victim in this nation. We pray that the fear of the Lord would rest upon these victims, and that your blood Yeshua would shatter their bondage and release freedom. We pray for emotional, mental, and physical healing over the captives, and we also pray for salvation for each captive. We ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration.  

-Finally, we lift up the drug trafficking and money laundering challenges. We pray for a strengthening of governmental systems to move towards an eliminating of these issues.

-May the God of hope fill you Macedonians with all joy and peace as you trust in God, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.***
