Nauru is a small coral atoll located to the NE of the Solomon Islands with a population of about 11,000[1]. The island’s export of phosphates remain a central source of income for this nation[2]. The unemployment rate is down to 23% yet the obesity rate soars at 61%[3]. Let’s Pray…

-Father, we lift up this nation to you, and pray that they would be entirely yours. We pray that any worldly stronghold would fall away in Jesus name. Help these people to seek to love you with all their heart, soul, strength, and mind.* As your people put their trust in you, we pray for a blessing over the economy. We pray for a blessing over the fishing and phosphate industry. We pray for the provision of food, clean water, clothing, shelter, and education for all in Nauru. We pray for new opportunities for income and we pray for healthier lifestyles for the people of Nauru. Thank You God! 

-Father, we pray that you would defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; that you would maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Father, rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. Yeshua, we pray for a shift in mindset towards equality in gender. God, help this nation train children in the way they should go, so that when they are old they will not turn from it. Father, we pray for protection over those vulnerable to the evils of human trafficking. Yeshua, may your angels enforce holiness and protection in Nauru towards victims and potential victims. Thank you God!
