Montserrat

The Island of Montserrat has suffered from volcanic activity during the years of 1995-2003, leaving 2/3 of the island uninhabitable[1]. During this time, about 8,000 residents fled the island[2]. We pray for...

-The rebuilding of these communities with Christ at the center. Holy Spirit, we pray that you would go forth and lead the communities of Montserrat to first love you with all their heart, all their souls, and all their strength.* From this, let them follow the will you have for them on the island.

-God to secure justice for the poor and uphold the cause of the needy.** We pray for an economic restoration on the island and that you would help this nation recover from the natural disasters they have embraced. Father, help this nation press forward with a renewed vision through you God.

-Clean ports on the island of Montserrat. Let no drugs enter the island, and let no drugs leave the island.
