Montenegro

The nation of Montenegro found independence from its prior two-state union with Serbia in 2006[1]. The economy has been shifting from state-owned companies to a privatized market[2]. One important prayer request is over the trafficking situation in this nation, in which Montenegro serves as a transit country for the trafficking of women to various nations[3]. Let’s pray…

-Yeshua HaMashiach, we lift this nation up to you and pray that the efforts of the church would ultimately reflect who you are. Let servant leadership, sacrifice, and humility lead the new changes within your church structure. Moreover, we pray that each congregation would be immersed in your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.* May each congregation cultivate an atmosphere for growing in relationship with you God and in fellowship with others.

-Father, we pray for wisdom over government leaders in regards to combatting human trafficking in Montenegro and over the borders of Montenegro. Father, we pray for angels to be stationed along the borders on Montenegro and for these victims to be guided to safety. We pray for freedom for the victims in sex trafficking, in construction, and in forced begging and we ask for healing to be poured out on them. We pray for salvation to be received in their hearts. We pray for conviction and repentance to arise from the hearts of traffickers. We pray that they also would receive your son Yeshua as Lord and Savior, and that they would seek out the plans that you Yahweh have for them.

-God, we pray for those who do not know you. Jesus, we pray for your gospel message of repentance and relationship to be heard and received by those who do not know you. Let your mercy abound in love in Montenegro. Amen.
