The Marshall Islands are located in the Northern Pacific Ocean. The economy is heavily dependent on the United States for financial assistance and lease payments (for the use of Kwajalein Atoll as a U.S. military base)[1]. These islands have been scarred by war and by U.S. nuclear bomb testing. Unemployment is high on the islands at 36%[2]. Finally, the Marshall Islands are a source and destination country for women and girls trafficked for the purposes of sexual exploitation[3]. Let’s Pray…

-God, we pray for your name Yahweh to be worshipped in spirit and in truth. God, we pray for the believers on each island and atoll and ask that they would seek you with all their heart, soul, strength, and mind.* Father, we pray for the gospel to reach every territory and people group and that ears would be ready to hear and receive your salvation. God, we pray for emotional and physical healing to take place upon the islands through the power of your Holy Spirit. God, we lift up families who have been impacted by the past scars inflicted on this territory to be healed in Jesus mighty name.   

-Father, we pray that you would defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; that you would maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Father rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.** God, we ask for angelic assignments to be placed over each trafficking victim or potential victim in The Marshall Islands. Yeshua, we pray for your divine protection over each individual. God, we ask for a release for these victims in The Marshall Islands. We pray that you would set free the oppressed in this nation. We press forward in your grace and ask for mental, emotional, and physical healing over the captives through the blood of your son Yeshua. We ask that the captive would hear your word and accept your saving grace Jesus. Help the victims enter into healing and life breathing communities. Holy Spirit, we ask that you would convict the guilty of their sins and lead them to repentance, salvation, and the plans you have for them.       

-Father, we lift up the economy to you and pray a blessing over the coconut and breadfruit crops. We pray a blessing over the handicrafts, tuna processing, and copra industries. Father, as they place their trust in you, let everything they put their hands to succeed. We pray for new economic developments and new opportunities for growth and income.  

-Father, we pray for the younger generation and ask for a special anointing to be poured out upon them. We ask for those who have received your grace to walk with you Yahweh. Help them to know you as David knew you. Surround them with Godly mentors and transformational leaders. Help this generation to lead and share your good news of salvation. Help them to raise up new leaders and teach about your love. Thank you Jesus. 

-To the Marshallese people, May the Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.***  Amen.
