Kiribati

The nation of Kiribati is composed of 32 coral atolls and one raised coral island, with the capitol Tarawa serving as home to over 55% of the nation’s population[1]. The nation is sparse on natural resources and is one of the least developed pacific island countries[2]. Earnings from fishing licenses and seafarer remittances are a central source of income for this nation[3]. The unemployment rate remains at 30% while the obesity rate remains at 46%[4]. Finally, let’s pray for the end of human trafficking in this nation. Let’s Pray…

-Father, we enter into your holy presence, and thank you for every person in the nation of Kiribati. Father, we pray that you God would pour out your spirit on all people, that their sons and daughters would prophecy, that their old men would dream dreams, and their young men would see visions. Yeshua, may your name be revered throughout the nation. Release your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control upon each area of this nation. Holy Spirit, may your spirit pour into communities and lead hearts to repentance through the son Yeshua. We pray for your church body to be flowing with the power of the Holy Spirit. Father, we pray that transformational leaders would be anointed and trained to lead this next generation of believers towards your will and your plans for their lives.*

-God, we pray that you would bless the economy and fishing industry. We pray for a blessing over the boats, the equipment, the workers, and the ability to catch fish. We pray for the development of new businesses and opportunities in this nation. We agree in prayer for economic growth over this nation. We also pray for the provision of clean water and for improved sanitation facilities.

-Yeshua, we pray that you would end human trafficking in Kiribati. God, we pray for angelic assignments to be disbursed throughout the nation for the protection of your children. We pray for salvation to come to the oppressed and poor. We pray for healing and restoration over those held captive. We ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration. Amen.
