Kazakhstan remains the second largest geographical land to form from the original Soviet Union, and the ninth largest country in the world[1]. The body of Christ in Kazakhstan is currently suffering from anti-religion laws which restrict religious freedom and put churches through a rigorous re-registration process. Violators of these laws are commonly fined for actions ranging from distributing religious materials to holding worship services[2]. If the fines are not paid, persecution increases. This nation is also a source, transit, and destination country for men, women, and children from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan trafficked to Russia and the UAE for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor in the construction and agricultural industries[3]. Let’s press forth the will of the Holy Spirit in Kazakhstan.

-Father in Heaven, we lift up the body of Christ to you in Kazakhstan. We ask that your Holy Spirit would flood the streets with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.* Father, we pray against these anti-religious laws and intercede for your help on behalf of your churches. Father, help them to continue worshipping you on your throne in Heaven alongside your son, Jesus Christ. Help their actions spread your good news throughout Kazakhstan. Help Christian communities to grow and thrive despite persecution.  

-Yeshua HaMashiach, we pray for protection for your body in this nation. We pray for each Christian to stand firm and be equipped with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, for their feet to be fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, for their shield of faith, their helmet of salvation, and their sword of the spirit-the word of God. Finally, let these believers pray in the Holy Spirit on all occasions.**

-God, we lift up the Muslim community and those who need salvation. Yeshua, help them to know that you are one with the Father and that your blood alone atones for our sins. Let missionaries be wise in sharing the gospel, and may the Holy Spirit bring revelation to the minds of the unsaved about sin and redemption through Yeshua. We pray for salvation to break out amongst the unreached people groups in Kazakhstan. Amen.   

-We pray over the victims of human trafficking in Kazakhstan. God, we pray for angelic protection over each victim and potential victim in this nation. We pray that the fear of the Lord would rest upon these victims, and that your blood Yeshua would shatter their bondage and release freedom. Yeshua, we also pray for the borders of Kazakhstan and ask for angels to prevent the transit of victims through this nation. We pray for emotional, mental, and physical healing over the captives. We ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration. 

-God, we pray against the drug cultivation in this nation. May conviction fall upon this nation in regards to drugs, and may this nation not be found guilty of drug trafficking. We pray for the government leaders to tighten up the borders so drugs would not pass through Kazakhstan.
