Albania’s government has been slowly shifting from a communist rule towards a democratic reign[1]. This economy remains one of the poorest in the region. An important prayer point would be over the Islamic communities in Albania. Albania is also a source country for men, women, and children trafficked for the purposes of sexual exploitation and forced labor[2]. Let’s pray for an increase in the Lord’s leadership in Albania. 

-God we pray for your Albanians, first for those who know you Jesus. Father, we pray for your grace and guidance as they raise families here. We pray for protection over families and a boldness towards living radical lifestyles for you Jesus. We pray for your mercy to fall upon the non-believers that they may come to know you Jesus. Holy Spirit, we pray that you would ordain opportunities for salvation and discipleship. Yeshua, let your gospel spread in Albania. 

-Yeshua, we pray that you would shut down the human trafficking business in Albania. We pray for salvation to come to the oppressed and poor. We pray for healing, restoration, and freedom over those held captive and those transported to various countries. We ask for conviction to fall upon the guilty, and we pray your grace would lead them to repentance, salvation, and restoration. We pray that the victims would have the opportunity to be reunited with their families or that you would create new communities for them centered in Christ. 

-Holy Spirit, we pray that you would convict Albanians of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness, and judgment.* 

 -We lift up the government leaders in Albania, and pray for their hearts to be yours Yahweh. We pray that their actions would be under the direction of the Holy Spirit. May your will be executed in Albania.   

-We pray a blessing over the poor in Albania. Father, we pray for the provision of food, clean water, shelter, and clothing. 

-Father, we lift up the ports in Albania, and pray for holiness to be a precedent in those ports. Jesus, we pray that no drugs would travel through the docks in Albania. We pray for those involved with the production and transportation of these narcotics to repent and discontinue their works. Thank you God.
